In our data central, we store data from all connected machines. This can be from different
sensors on site or directly from the CPU of the machines connected to the System.
The type of data we can handle is unlimited! With this data information, our System
analyses and reports the information to exactly the people that should be notified in
each specific case, if anything is out of the ordinary.
This is done by mobile text message, by e-mail and by highlighting the need on the
Internet Service Site. Maybe an upgrade to a machine software is needed. This can be done
directly from the factory, without having to visit the machine in question.
Maybe a vending machine needs to be filled up or the price needs to be changed. Logistics
are optimised eliminating unnecessary and expensive visits.
Pre-alarms are sent directly to those who need to know about them relieving personnel of the
responsibility of contacting the right people for the different situations.
